1. Different nib materials

2. Different principles

The active capacitive pen has its own circuit, and the touch screen receives the signal emitted by the capacitive pen, thereby knowing the coordinates of the capacitive pen on the screen. There is no circuit in the passive capacitive pen, and the capacitance of the touch screen is changed by contact with the touch screen, so as to achieve the same effect as a finger touching the screen.

3. Different accuracy

The nib of an active electric pen is thinner than that of a passive electric pen, so the active electric pen has higher accuracy than the passive electric pen, but it cannot be used at all when the active electric pen has zero power.
